碳(tan)(tan)質制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)品(pin)(pin)是另一類中(zhong)性耐(nai)火材(cai)料(liao)(liao),根據含(han)碳(tan)(tan)原料(liao)(liao)的成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)分和(he)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)品(pin)(pin)的礦物組成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng),分為(wei)碳(tan)(tan)磚(zhuan)、石墨(mo)(mo)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)品(pin)(pin)和(he)碳(tan)(tan)化(hua)硅(gui)(gui)質制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)品(pin)(pin)三類。碳(tan)(tan)磚(zhuan)是用(yong)高品(pin)(pin)位(wei)的石油焦(jiao)為(wei)原料(liao)(liao),加焦(jiao)油、瀝青作粘(zhan)(zhan)合(he)劑,在(zai)1300℃隔絕空氣(qi)(qi)條(tiao)件下(xia)燒成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)。石墨(mo)(mo)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)品(pin)(pin)(除天然石墨(mo)(mo)外)用(yong)碳(tan)(tan)質材(cai)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)電爐中(zhong)經2500~2800℃石墨(mo)(mo)化(hua)處理制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)得。碳(tan)(tan)化(hua)硅(gui)(gui)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)品(pin)(pin)則以(yi)碳(tan)(tan)化(hua)硅(gui)(gui)為(wei)原料(liao)(liao),加粘(zhan)(zhan)土、氧(yang)化(hua)硅(gui)(gui)等粘(zhan)(zhan)結劑在(zai)1350~1400℃燒成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)。也可以(yi)將碳(tan)(tan)化(hua)硅(gui)(gui)加硅(gui)(gui)粉(fen)在(zai)電爐中(zhong)氮氣(qi)(qi)氛下(xia)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)氮化(hua)硅(gui)(gui)-碳(tan)(tan)化(hua)硅(gui)(gui)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)品(pin)(pin)。

近期中國耐火材料行業協會對52家耐材生產企業進行的調研顯示,2012年耐材企業銷售收入同比降低4.29%,實現利潤同比降低21.40%;2012年以來,應收貨款同比上升15.34%。為此,工信部昨日發布《關于促進耐火材料產業健康可持續發展的若干意見》,噴補料生產意見指出到2015年,高端耐火材料基本自給,菱鎂礦石資源綜合利用率不低于90%,耐火粘土礦石資源綜合利用率不低于80%。到2020年,廣東鋼包噴補料兩種礦(kuang)石資源綜合利用率(lv)分(fen)別(bie)高于(yu)95%和90%。并(bing)推進聯合重組、優化產業(ye)布(bu)局、強化節能降耗(hao)、淘汰落后產能。
